Deposits, Rates & Payment Terms

  • Deposit Requirement

    • 30–50% deposit required to lock in project dates

    • No booking is confirmed without deposit

  • Payment Methods

    I can accept:

      • PayPal

      • Venmo

      • Bank Transfer (Zelle)

    • Invoices provided for all transactions

  • Payment Timeline

    • Remaining balance due within 7–14 days(Two Week) after delivery (or per contract)

    • Late payments may incur additional fees or Reimbursement

  • Kill Fees / Cancellation

    • Cancellation within:

      • 48 hours → partial charge(Despot Only)

      • Same-day → full or majority charge depending on prep completed

Usage Rights & Licensing

All projects include standard usage rights for social media, website, and general marketing unless otherwise specified.

Additional licensing fees may apply for:

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • Commercial broadcast

  • Large-scale distribution

Digital Sheep Production retains the right to use all content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a full buyout or NDA(Non-Disclose Agreement) is agreed upon.

Raw footage is not included unless requested and purchased separately; Camera Operation will be provided upon contract or sign-on.

  • All projects include up to two meetings:

    1. Initial consultation Call

    2. Pre-production planning

Additional meetings such as Logistics or On-Board Interviews may be scheduled based on project scope.

Clear and timely communication is expected from all parties

Liability & Responsibility

  • Production Liability

    • Digital Sheep Production operates as a creative service provider and is not liable for:

      • Third-party damages (locations, talent, vendors)

      • Unforeseen production delays (weather, equipment failure, permit issues)

    • Clients are responsible for securing:

      • Location permissions

      • Talent releases (unless otherwise agreed)

      • Necessary permits

  • On-Set Safety (Film/TV Production)

    • All crew and collaborators are expected to follow basic on-set safety protocols

    • Hazardous concepts (Props, stunts, special effects, etc.) must be disclosed in advance

  • Content Responsibility

    • Client assumes responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and rights of all requested content
